Good Morning. It’s Night-Time on The Internet.

The Pod F. Tompkast, Episode 17Who’s Worse, Our One Listener or All Birds? The Great Undiscovered Project Has Gone Fishin’. “Sounds Fun!” with John Hodgman (recorded live at San Francisco SketchFest 2012). Are You Ready To Go Back To Fake Titanic, Jen?

(This marks my 300th appearance on a podcast.)

LABORING UNDER DELUSIONS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

It’s true. Now you may buy my most recent stand-up special on DVD and watch it all damn day.

This is the full set that was recorded that fateful night in October, 2011. The broadcast version was only 42 minutes long, but this sumbitch runs one hour and fifteen minutes. Uh, that seems like a lot of extra comedy to me! I apologize for my sarcastic “uh,” but I am trying to prove a point: there is a lot of extra comedy on this DVD.  In addition to the uncut set, there are also fun extras, including a feature-length commentary by “a famous director” whom you may know from appearances on The Pod F. Tompkast and Comedy Bang Bang.  And, of course, an extended bit of riffery by yours truly accompanied by the great Eban Schletter.

Here it is on Amazon.com.

Here it is on iTunes.

Here it is on Amazon Instant Video.

Here it is on XBL/Zune.

I don’t know how to get you there, but I am told it is available on Vudu, Samsung Media Hub, Xbox Live and Sony PlayStation Network.

If there’s anything you want to know that isn’t covered here, please know that I am right next to you in the dark.  Should you have any questions about anything else, such as international releases, please do contact Comedy Central. And when I get more info, I will post it.

Thank you!

Thanks to everyone who watched my special and said nice things! Here is the encore I did with Eban Schletter the night the special was recorded.

Let’s take the rest of the weekend off! Then on Monday I’ll get back to asking you to buy the full version of the show. Night night.

Last night I celebrated the 10th Anniversary of my variety show at Largo. It was a wonderful night filled with the very best people. I am indebted to all of the folks who have and continue to help me throw this thing together every month: Ben Acker, Nick Ciarelli, Ken Crosby, Cash Hartzell, Aaron Ginsburg, Neil Mahoney and Brian Whalen, and most certainly to Liezl Estipona for proving that it happened.
I am eternally grateful for the eternal professionalism and good cheer of my band, Todd Spahr, Brandon McCulloch and Scott Rodgers, who make me feel as if I have any business singing in public.
Special thanks to Katie Bond for helping out with the frequent costuming, and to Scott Carter for his unflagging support.
OBVIOUSLY thanks to Flanagan and everyone at Largo at The Coronet for letting me do whatever I want in their theatre. You damned fools.
And of course, the most gigantic thanks go to my good friend and collaborator, Eban Schletter, and my best friend and wife, Janie Haddad Tompkins.
I will keep doing this show until it is done. That is my vow.
